About this Programme

Are you prepared for a successful human resource career? With a Human Resource Management Top-Up Degree from the University of Arden, you will acquire the experience and expertise you need to ensure that your company is ready to succeed in a senior position. The BA (Hons) Business (Human Resources Management) (Top-up) Degree is the ideal option if you have already achieved an HND in Business (or equivalent). Arden’s Business (HRM) Top-up Degree will allow you to earn a complete Under-Graduate degree in Business Honors (HRM).

In this course, you will acquire an overview of the main aspects of current strategies in the area of human resource management, including existing and emerging trends in relevant disciplines.
