About the Programme

The Arden University MA Human Resources Management Program (CIPD) will train you for tactical executive hr positions both within the United Kingdom and internationally. This 100% online distance learning course is part of the School of Business and Management and will allow you to gain insight into HRM skills in working practice within complex business settings. The Master’s degree in Human Resources Management is accredited by the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a professional body for HR and human development.
