About the Programme
The MSc International Business with Human Resources Management (HRM) consists of eight taught modules. successful implementations of the eight taught modules will enable you to recognise both the macro and micro aspects of international business with a greater emphasis on human resource management. More precisely, you will improve your ability to learn, grow and incorporate international business theory while improving the skills required to apply these concepts in terms of global business experience and a greater understanding of human resource management problems in international business.
The Advanced Practice is a Compulsory aspect of this program, it takes place after you have completed the teaching modules at the Masters level and will require you to pursue a 15-week work placement or an applied consulting project, working with a real company on a live business problem. This offers you the ability to gain knowledge of the global environment and/or realistic awareness of the "real world" problems faced by those currently engaged in international business.
