About this Programme
Throughout a world of growing multinational workers, professionals employed throughout human resources (HR) need to acknowledge the transnational role of employees in the 21st century. Organisations need to work more to create a fair job plan that recruits and keeps talented employees, and HR practitioners need to be willing to tailor their strategy to specific staff and conditions. A based Master’s degree will build the leadership and technical ability required to succeed in HR. Assessments are adjusted to the acquisition of realistic skills required to be effective in this area.
