About the Programme

This Master’s program outlines the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to effectively manage projects spanning institutions, national boundaries, and cultural barriers. The program will analyse the influence on project management of culture, language differences, social, contractual, legal and regulatory traditions, technological exposure, temporal preference, gender issues, inequality, ethics, individual rights, and political contexts. We recognise how to meet the challenges of international projects through the effective use of techniques and procedures.
